Operations Manager
- Report to General Manager and Deputy General Manager
- Lead a team of Operations Staff
- Oversee the operation of Non-Franchised Public Bus
- Work closely with external and internal parties to ensure the overall operations are smooth and effective

Operations Manager, Service
- Report to General Manager
- Oversee the R&M and operations of Non-Franchised Public Bus and maximize the fleet efficiency.
- Manage and execute the planning and purchase of vehicle.
- Ensure all R&M work are performed to high standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Work closely with external and internal parties to ensure vehicles are available and the overall operations are smooth and effective.
- Develop and Maintain good relationship with vendors and clients; negotiating contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Execute strategy and achieve objectives for daily operations covering fleet deployment, profitability, compliance, safety, staff management and customer service on track of high quality in performance
- Analyzing data on R&M identify trends and opportunities for improvement, such as reducing downtime and increasing the lifespan of vehicles
- Lead a team of R&M Staff and mechanics, provide guidance to subordinates and monitor their work performance
- Bachelor Degree holder, preferable in Engineering subject
- At least 5 years relevant experience in bus industry
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill & strong leadership qualities
- Organized, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command of English & Chinese

Assistant Manager (Automation), Business Development
- Lead the company to be the pioneer of Smart Mobility in the industry
- Be in charge of automation projects, namely Fleet Management System (FMS), People Counting System (PCS), Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) mobile application, etc.
- Prepare proposals, budgets and presentation kits for automation enhancement plans
- Evaluate / Benchmark pricing and technical proposals from vendors
- Attend meetings, interviews and presentations with clients, business partners, IT consultants and management team
- Liaise with departments and IT consultants on design and user feedback of systems so as to narrow the gap between expectation and reality
- Develop and maintain good relationship with existing and potential clients, vendors, business partners, IT consultants and departments
- Collect market information and provide solutions to maintain or extend company’s comparative advantages in automation against competitors
- Explore new business opportunities from automation perspective
- Assist Manager and teammates to upsell the company’s automation products
- Provide administrative support to Manager
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as required
- Degree holder or above, preferably in business or IT related discipline; Experience in e-commerce, transportation and/or IT project management is an advantage
- At least 3 years work experience in business development / marketing / project management / IT
